Terms & Conditions
By participating in the Heaphy Hub Trash to Treasure Car Boot Market, all stallholders, vendors, and attendees agree to the following terms and conditions. These rules are in place to ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable event for everyone.
1. Arrival & Setup

Food trucks must be parked by 7:30 AM to ensure smooth access and setup.

Car boot sellers must have their vehicles parked by 8:00 AM. No vehicle movement will be allowed after this time.

Gazebo setup may begin from 8:00 AM once all vehicles are parked.
2. Stall & Vehicle Positioning

Vehicles must be parked straight and within designated areas as directed by event staff.

All stalls, food trucks, and gazebos must remain within their allocated space and must not obstruct pathways or other vendors.
3. Event Duration & Dep

The event runs until 1:00 PM. No one is permitted to leave the site before this time unless authorized by the event organizer.

Any early departures must be pre-approved and managed by event staff to ensure safety.
4. General Conduct

Stallholders must ensure their areas are kept tidy and remove any rubbish at the end of the event.

No loud or disruptive behavior that affects other stallholders or visitors is allowed.

Food vendors must comply with all health and safety regulations and have necessary permits.
5. Liability & Responsibility

Heaphy Hub is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal or business property.

All vendors and participants attend and trade at their own risk.

Any disputes or issues must be brought to the attention of the event organizer immediately.
By attending the Heaphy Hub Trash to Treasure Car Boot Market, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event.
