Refund Policy & Terms

By booking a stall site at the Heaphy Hub Trash to Treasure Car Boot Market, all stallholders and food truck vendors agree to the following refund policy and terms.

 

1. No Refund Policy

• All stall site purchases are final. Once a stall or food truck site has been booked and paid for, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• This applies to all stallholders, car boot sellers, and food truck vendors, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Scheduling conflicts or inability to attend

  • Weather conditions (unless the event is officially canceled by Heaphy Hub)

  • Unforeseen personal or business circumstances
    
     

2. Event Cancellation & Changes

• If Heaphy Hub cancels the event due to extreme weather, unforeseen circumstances, or government restrictions, organizers may offer a rescheduled date or an alternative arrangement at their discretion.

• No refunds will be issued if the event is postponed or rescheduled.
  
   

3. Stallholder Responsibility

• It is the stallholder’s responsibility to ensure they can attend the event on the booked date.

• Failure to attend the event will result in the forfeiture of the stall site fee.

• Stall sites cannot be transferred to another vendor or another event date unless approved by the event organizers.

By purchasing a stall site, you acknowledge and accept this No Refund Policy. If you have any questions, please contact the event organisers
